NAWBO Business Advisory Council

The Business Advisory Council is a free member service offered through the joint efforts of the corporate partners and the past presidents to provide guidance and suggestions on issues of business ownership, management and growth.

The Business Advisory Council is a dynamic way of garnering the help you need from other business women you can trust. The Council is open to all members who feel they require direction to cope with a variety of business issues. All it takes is a phone call to set the process in motion.

In an effort to provide you with the type of expertise you need, you should be as specific as possible with the formulation of your request. It is your job to formulate the various components of the situation/problem so that we can assemble the right team for you.

Some topics you might want to discuss are: bookkeeping/accounting procedures, succession planning, employee relations, taking in a partner, financial planning, employee benefits, how to decide about expanding or downsizing your business, going into new markets, leases, computerizing your business, effective networking or marketing.

If you are ready to receive the help of other women, all you need to do is ask. Fill out the Business Advisory Council Application (click here for the application) and send to Sue Meister via fax (954) 748-8391. If you have any questions you can contact Sue at (954) 748-6990 or at smeister@signsbytomorrow.com for more information.
